The General is a picturesque course with great elevation changes.  #14 signature holes offers views seeing Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin.  Fairways are guarded with native fescues, heavily wooded forests and limestone rock outcroppings. This course offers high risk/reward shots laying the course. Forced carries are many and measure up to 215 yards, however several tee boxes make the course very playable for all skill levels.
