The golf course at Abbey Springs was built in 1971 and was designed by Killian & Nugent, a well-known golf design firm that has laid out many renowned courses in the Midwest, including Kemper Lakes. Abbey Springs is now a four 1/2-star rated golf course by Golf Digest "Places to Play".
Abbey Springs also makes the ideal site for golfing parties and outings. They have meeting rooms and dining facilities to suit both large and small groups.Practice facilities include a short iron practice range that is about 140 yards in length and a spacious short game practice green for chipping and putting. Directions:
From Chicago - Take I-90 West to Hwy 47. Travel north on 47 approx 23 miles (47 becomes Hwy 120 in Wisconsin). Turn left on Willow Rd. 1 mi. to stop sign. Continue straight on Lakeshore to the course.
