Springbrook is situated adjacent to the Dupage County Forest Preserve's Dragon Lake and provides outstanding views of Naperville's open spaces and trails. Hole # 10 on Springbrook made West Suburban Living Magazine's "Dream" the course is annually listed in Golf Digest's Places to Play. Since the year 2000, a great deal of renovation has taken place to the course and facilities, mostly to the physical plant including a new irrigation system) and clubhouse.
On property is a clubhouse that was renovated in 2007/08 with pro shop, restaurant/lounge serving lunch and dinner, plus and outdoor patio. The practice facilities include a 28 stall natural turf driving range, two putting/chipping greens plus short game area with sand bunker. Directions:
From Chicago: Take I-290 west 13.9 miles to I-88 (Exit 15A) keep right on I-88. Travel 7.5 miles to I-355 toward Joliet. Take the 63rd st. exit toward Hobson Rd. Keep right and go onto Hobson Rd. Travel 1.2 miles and turn left onto IL-53. Turn right onto 75th St and travel 6.3 miles. Turn left on Book Rd. then right onto 83rd St. to the course.
