Springbrook Golf Club west central Naperville is the sister course to nearby Naperbrook, providing golfers in the district with options on two varied designs. Springbrook is
situated adjacent to the Dupage County Forest Preserve's Dragon Lake and provides outstanding views of Naperville's open spaces and trails.
There are 4 sets of tees that play to distances and slopes that measure 6696 yards yards/130 slope, 6459 yards/126 slope, 5850 yards/119 slope for men and 131 for women
and 5036 yards with a slope of 120 for ladies hitting from the front tee areas. There are 26 strategically placed sand bunkers and water hazards come into play on 10 holes.
Hole # 10 on Springbrook made West Suburban Living Magazine's "Dream 19" the course is annually listed in Golf Digest's Places to Play. Since the year 2000, a great deal of
renovation has taken place to the course and facilities, mostly to the physical plant including a new irrigation system) and clubhouse. More renovations are planned for the nears
future to assure top notch conditioning and service.
On property is a clubhouse that was renovated in 2007/08 with pro shop, restaurant/lounge serving lunch and dinner that seats 60 people, plus and outdoor patio. The practice
facilities include a 28 stall natural turf driving range, two putting/chipping greens plus short game area with sand bunker. A variety of lessons from a staff of golf professionals are
available.
On course sprinkler heads and 150 yard posts are measured to the center of the green, along with yardage markers every 25 yards from 200 in. To the Green GPS is standard on
all carts and front, middle and back pin placement information is printed on the scorecards.
